I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

Variable pay quarter will be paid at 20 to 39percentage) even company gets good profit.Apparaisal no hike and won't give good rating although put extra work efforts for c3b grade.Appraisal hike will be 1 or 2percentage based on rating and unjustifible rate.

The company is deteriorating day by day. Too much cost pressure from top management who don't understand technology on ground level or is involved in day to day operation but will single handedly take decision.

It’s like a government job, because of job security no one wants to lose their job

Dislikes

There’s a favouritism by city wise, there is no good increment even inflation rate is 10% increment is 5%, management never comes across the associates issue (family illness), every time they think that associate is lying.

Employee death benefits to safeguard employee's family is good

1) Quarterly performance pay for c3 grade and above is around 50% average 2) All wfh options revoked unless for medical reasons with doctor certificate 3) Salary hike/performance pay and other monetary benefits will get affected if wfo index is below 85% 4) Bad IT corporate culture when compared with competitors (No basic amenities such as printers/ coffee vending machines for employees, No umbrellas during rainy season to move from one building to another) 5) Poor salary hikes for c3 grade and above 6) Any device malfunction if its out of warranty then either project has to take care of the cost or employee has to pay from his pocket 7) No proper mobile apps for day to day activities apart from submitting timesheet and few other, and poor internal apps mostly 8) Microsoft office tools license given to only few above certain grade after approval otherwise employee has to content with lotus notes web app tools and outlook web app with limitied space etc and no teams if they dont have the license. 9) Very poor virtual joining process, had a very bad experience etc.,...Read More

They are terrible in understanding theri employee situations as they are not at all employee friendly, they will not consider any of your request, be it any serious or irrational.

Nothing is good if you are in tcs only you get your job secure but supervisor will force you to leave the company.

I have been hospitalised and I’m a member of tcs from past 1 years I have applied to claim the insurance but the process hr have not taken any urgent action they will just let you die they don’t care All the care is about the salary and they try very best to force agent to put down the paper. I like noting at all!!! Worst experience, low increment ,after 2 years of working also your salary would be the same! very poor management, politics are soooo high, you get to learn more politics knowledge than working knowledge.

No pressure we can do the work peacefully as a fresherer if u don't like you can go for bench and relax.you can switch any project any time but release depends on manager.

Stupid corporate politics.if you get a hitler maneger he will spoil ur career with worst C/D ratings due to personal egos.top leadership is not taking care of employees hikes & recognitions in form of Hikes. Work culture, job security, work life balance if you want these 3, bingo!! This place is for you. You will get minimum opportunity to develop and strengthen your skills. If you get a good manager your life will be set. If you get someone like mine then you will leave the organization as soon as possible.

Salary is too much less. If you are retiring then join here you will get work satisfaction because at that tym you don't have the drive to learn new skills, challenge yourself every day. You have lived your life and now TCS will work as your holiday home.
