10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

They give you job security but the work culture is so worst that it makes you resign . No worklife balance and the HRs at TCS don’t respond to your mails even after mailing them 20 times in 2 months.

The HRs and worklife balance , they make you work after your logout and don’t even pay OT.

Mostly I didn't liked the things here, there is no work life balance expressly in life sciences projects. We can't able to manage here for long time as fresher and also as entry level positions.

Dislikes

There are a lot of things that I didn't liked, mainly the hikes and promotions, these are negligible here it means the leads it managers won't care you as a human. They just need work from you.

It’s like a government job, because of job security no one wants to lose their job

There’s a favouritism by city wise, there is no good increment even inflation rate is 10% increment is 5%, management never comes across the associates issue (family illness), every time they think that associate is lying.

TCS is best place for those who have another source of income, it also provides the 100% job security till now. It's medical facilities is very effective and very quick.

Dislikes

Appraisal and the increment in salary is very bad and even the work life balance is also not there. The main concern is the very less salary increment and the low amount of appraisal. Many a time this concern has been raised, but management is still failed to resolve this issue. It causes the employee to leave the organization. Hike percentage will be less 5-8% only Need to do tons and tons of training every month. They won't provide MS Office access for till C1 band persons, though they want to finish there documents or reports /presentations They won't provide Dinner or cab services during night shift for far locations like Adibatla- Hyd

Its a tire 1 company so in BPS end does not provide the right designation as per mentioned in offer letter even after training period also same as process the employee like fresher in that project. Not provide the promotion and hike are at below 5 percent.
