People working at client location are facing more problems with 0 facilities. Salary is too low I insist, specially freshers don't join TCS just because of Brand Name or big company Join TCS only when u feel that I am earning good amount of salary if I don't get increment also It is fine for me then you can join TCS.

Everthing is worst, it is not like mnc, if you have worked in any mnc before then you will regret why joined such company. Way to manage people is not good, anybody in company can scold you as if he is your manager. No housekeeping, no transport, no security personeel, i means not good 3rd class. You will realize it when you join.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supprtive nd management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade alokg with big libraries from where you can gain more knowledge. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year. They have a good initiative over CSR.

Salary is decent but promotion and career growth is slow.
