All the time my co- employees help more. I have many opportunities to learn many ultimatix courses.

Dislikes

More disappointed about the reporting system. Because they can provide nearby office for reporting rather than they push to come one common location. But it not suites for all.

Dislikes

I worked at TCS for about 10 years. There's not really room for advancement. The company culture is to say "yes" to the customer then provide them with substandard product, then tell them that you overdelivere. It is easy to get lost in the giant company and grow stagnate.

Excessive rules and regulation, Work culture is very toxic. Seniority complex is too much here in people. Everyone want to exploit the junior talent and maximize their gains even at the cost of people's mental health. When it comes to appraisal and promotion they suck at it.

The project experience has been awful, and I’ve only experienced anxiety and depression due to the unprofessional and humiliating behavior from my team lead and manager. Their lack of respect and manners is unacceptable
