Dislikes

No appraisals, no work life balance, no salary benefits, no work satisfaction. I would advise freshers not to join TCS as a primary option try in other companies as well before joining. Keep TCS as a last option i.e. like some thing is better than nothing only join when u r confirmed that there is no other option other than TCS.

Directly one one client interactions . Can work on Different projects all over India . CAB Facility .

Such a terrible experience during bench .Allocated to the project without consent and now forcing to work on the same Even I have different project with my aspired skills. Such a mental harrasment.

Salary is industry low . Hike at 3 yr anniversary was 2% with 4.2/5 rating in performance appraisal . Slaved in the firm due to internal politics and 90 days notice period policy . Lose big time resolving ultimatix shit courses , tickets and RFCs that has nothing to do with project .No release from the project even after requesting DP for straight 12 months . Nothing much to like about in TCS lot of partialities and poor management can't expect any growth from here better to not keep as an option for early entry to carrer.

Management is not good,work culture not good,team coordination wise it's not gud,Not well structured projects and soo on.. suggestions to not join TCS below 5 6 you.

Management, promotion appriasal and hike system could be much better, no transparency on why promotion gets delayed, hike is very less , lesser opportunities for growth and guidance
