Its a tire 1 company so in BPS end does not provide the right designation as per mentioned in offer letter even after training period also same as process the employee like fresher in that project. Not provide the promotion and hike are at below 5 percent.

Extremely low pay, late promotions or I would say no promotions, too much, no easy release from projects, too much office politics, no promotion based on performance/rating. No allowances on time, even if you're in a dedicated project still u won allocation will keep on changing every month which cause payments delays. Yes definitely it would be great opportunity to work with tata consultancy services and job security like impossible.

First main thing is appraisal and not getting good hike also and getting perfomance band from project side also biased so team need to take care of that and 5 days compulsory work from office bit difficult because other MNC are still do hybrid and work from home option so TCS also consider and need to be changed like hybrid

for the people who don't want want work or pretend to be working and they will get good benefits as well during the appraisal because getting a mid level rating without work makes them happy while the people who will work and gets less rating than them is a biggest disrespect shown to the hardworking employees who will leave the organisation in some time due to this.

Job security and If you are interested in developing your skills in other domains, then Tcs will be the best option.

Work-life balance, stress depends on the project that you work. When it comes to promotions and hikes, it is very less. Work from office is mandatory for every associate.
