Technology growth is really slow and adapt to new technologies really late. A lot of work is to implement and arch team gives the main component. Resulting in low skill development.

I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

Mostly I didn't liked the things here, there is no work life balance expressly in life sciences projects. We can't able to manage here for long time as fresher and also as entry level positions.

There are a lot of things that I didn't liked, mainly the hikes and promotions, these are negligible here it means the leads it managers won't care you as a human. They just need work from you.

Everything.. Starting from worklife balance, culture, people there aren't skilled enough, no way to learn things, the company doesn't promote celebrations of festivals, no bonus or incentives.. Hikes and increments aren't given properly, promotion system is too poor there. Employees aren't motivated in the company.. And there's nothing such cultural activities to boost employees.

Extremely low pay, late promotions or I would say no promotions, too much, no easy release from projects, too much office politics, no promotion based on performance/rating. No allowances on time, even if you're in a dedicated project still u won allocation will keep on changing every month which cause payments delays. Mostly you will end up loosing your technical skills and absolutely there will be no growth in terms of Financial. If your package is less than market standards then they will make you become more down. Job satisfaction will be nill as majority of the things will not be in favour of employees

No transparency in promotional exams like wings. Sometimes hr just want you to complete courses without even understanding. I think they have some sort of target. Delayed promotion. Very less hike. I.e I got increment of Rs2500 and my landlord increased rent by Rs1000.

Increment is very less even if you get A band,The max appraisal you will get is of 10% otherwise its always 6-7%. You don’t get promotions even after 3 years of working.You need to be lucky enough to get the promotion.

Yes definitely it would be great opportunity to work with tata consultancy services and job security like impossible.

First main thing is appraisal and not getting good hike also and getting perfomance band from project side also biased so team need to take care of that and 5 days compulsory work from office bit difficult because other MNC are still do hybrid and work from home option so TCS also consider and need to be changed like hybrid

Learning is given utmost importance. Also, TCS provides transportation facility which is really really good. Cabs will be assigned at night shift.

Dislikes

You need to work harder and harder for very very few pennies. No appraisals are given. Rotational shifts are there.
