There is nothing good to like about it . It mostly looks a scam to me.

This week, a fraudulent company visited a campus, initially offering both full-time and internship roles. However, they later changed their policy, converting the positions into internships. Eventually, they informed me that I would be required to join in January and undergo a mandatory training period of 10 days. During the training, they revealed that interns were expected to sell fake courses that provided no real value. They pressured participants into persuading others to enroll in these courses, often by involving their own family and friends. I was required to provide contact details of five family members, all of whom were successfully contacted by the company. Furthermore, interns who failed to convince others to purchase these courses faced penalties disguised as "performance-based assessments." This company primarily targets Tier-3 colleges, recruiting students as interns under misleading promises. Nearly 99% of the interns felt deceived and resigned within a month. First of all this company is full of scam, whatever they are doing is part of scam. Please don't join this company. Basically all they are lies. They have two types of pitches, one is live class and other one is recorded class, they will say we will give you jobs after course completion. Everything is lie. They have already recordedall the sessions, there is no live but they will ask you to pay extra money for live. And in month end they will say money reduced, for them even 1000 also new money only. For this they don't have permanent employees. They will target interns and MBA students from north. They won't give salary also, first month somehow they will give, if you put one day leave also loss of pay for you. From second month onwards, for each sale you will get 1000. You have target of 15, for 15000. If no sale or less than 15 according to that money they will give. You don't have holidays on sunday. Monthly one leave. They have organized everything. I don't know about other companies but what they are doing is not right at all. Lying to customers, fooling them. Imagine they are just college first year students....Read More

I'm currently working as a HR intern here. The salary is not provided on time - we haven't received the salary for March and April month yet. It seems like the company has shut down , but the management hasn't informed us about any changes at all. Worst thing is not the company shutting down but when the management is aware about all the ins and outs still not telling us , making us completely hopeless . They're not even clear about whether they'll provide any salary or not. Teachnook or Academor (both are the same company) have changed their name to TopperRank due to negative reviews on Google. We HR's are still okay but for the students who get hired here as a BDA have it worst . They're not provided with the salary when their unrealistic targets aren't reached. No matter how many payments you get , how many sales you do . If the target is not reached , forget about getting a single penny. I would strongly recommend everyone to not join this company , it's better to wait for a more reliable opportunity....Read More
