Nothing. They hold onto your money, put incorrect deductions in your salary slips, takes 2 months to process the approval for refund n finally said it will refunded in 2months. HR gives incorrect information on resigning, which further led to a situation where they will deduct the amount of 4k.
They hold onto your money, put incorrect deduction in salary slips for around 15 employess, takes to months to get approval for refund and finally said it will be refunded in another couple of months. So basically they took 4 months to refund my money which they deducted mistakenly. HR gives incorrect information which led me to bear another deduction INR 4,000. Moreover, high level of politics. You follow hierarchy to complain about your senior, if the senior has contacts then you are either shown a way out of the organization or targetted to get you out of the organization indirectly.
I don't know, where they gonna take all this money.
There was not much of work in my process, it led to a lot of politics, interference in personal matters, asking for bribe to give your preferable shifts, touching girls. It was worst.

Words would become less If I talk about it. In short there is no career growth, very pathetic appraisals, work environment is just a word because if you are doing good work, your work will be appreciated only when if you are doing buttering to your Tl's and Managers and pleasing them otherwise you have to suffer mental torture or harassment. You can't be promoted until and unless you are not doing such things. They will not see your capability, enthusiasm, loyalty towards your work, they will only see how much you can please them. I have spent 3.5 years with loyalty but when I asked for my promotion I suffered Mental Torture by the Management and in the end I decided to Quit.
It was boring because you have to do the same thing on regular basis, no extra learning or any kind of advancement. I have done multi-tasking i;e aligned as a Process Trainer when new candidates got hired, done extra work, team management.
I liked the people I worked with and the superiors wen I was in the voice process till 2012. I liked the back office dep tho fixed shift but we worked 12 to 14 hrs without extra pay.. however the team leader has now moved..
I left the organisation because of my team leader who kept harassing me for my medical leave n also HR Christina . I had informed the organisation in April 2015 I need 3mths leave as I had to undergo a surgery in Nov 2015. My team leader used to tell me give a 30days notice n leave. After surgery the company gave me 2.5mths leave but the management need to be consideratw too..
The best thing was everyone was very nice to you from day 1 till the day you leave the company. Thats what you want from your workplace, to be treated nicely.
A very good company with a very low payscale compared to other BPO giants like TCS and JP Morgans. The salary structure was quite confusing. The pay was too less compared to the pressure we had in our process. I felt cheated because not everything was explained clearly during the salary discussions and it turned out my salary was quite low then I expected.
It was a retention process where everyday used to be a huge challenge. A single day was enough to screw the whole month's statistics and make you lose out on incentives. But it was a great learning experience because retentions is a huge skillset
If you are working for Retentions incentives are amazing but management is horrible. If you absent you either be dead coz managers doesn't care if you are sick. Managers have Ego problem big time. They don't give a damn abut you. No Support what so ever they will find reasons to mark you down if they don't find anything about you they will dig in your past history and make sure you pay for it.
Till the time it was 3 global services it was an amazing company.. after it changed to tech Mahindra everything was destroyed. I would never recommend anyone to tech Mahindra business services.
Hectic.. they will drain all your blood for numbers. If you achieve it they increase your targets.
They don't think about employees.they will through you out from job anytime if you do small mistake. They even don't give warning letter they directly through you out. No job security. If tech Mahindra will pay lakhs of RS per month then also I don't like to join again. I have already send mail to akriti Sondhi then also she is investigating from around 5 months and said I have send your concern to relevant department. Comaply does claim to be good, they hire people on higher package and after 20 to 25 days a additional responsibility is given to you in case you choose not to take the responsibility they ask you to leave as employee is on 3 month probation period and in case you take it as your challenge it become a part your your KRA and is selected in 3 rd month KRA report. After 6 month you realise that you are working on peanuts...

Work till you die or you choose to leave .. corporate team does not have work timings finish work and then only go .. and work comes at 6pm in the evening so most of the employees come at 8 Am and leave before 5:30 pm...
As a former employer of tech m.i would like to tell that never do job in tech mahindra.if you have some self respect in you never do job in this company because in ahmedabad tech mahindra they don't respect anyone. No employee satisfaction only they think about customer satisfaction. They deduct amount of from your salary and if you raise compliant they don't respond you.higher level people don't know how to talk with you they abuse you saying job karni hai no hai give him warning letter and all. These concern was raised to high level they don't respond too

Management politics, issue identification and solution finding, favouritism, lack of indviduality, inhuman, not employee centric, lack of emotional intelligence in management and last but not the least, their strategy to get someone to quit the company or use deployment an excuse. If there is no need for a position and a person is asked to leave, how can a sudden requirement of the same position happen within a year.
In my 10 years of experience in BPO industry, I have came across multiple companies. However TMBS is the most employee centric with great opportunities to learn and grow. It was just like my home and I’m thankful to the management and all support team. If anyone is looking for a great work place then it’s none other than TMBS.
