AOI: 1. HR and Management is not supportive. 2. Here every error is agent error if you are not a defaulter then also. 3. No idea about how Flipkart client works. 4. No job security. You can be asked to leave anytime. 5. Behaviour issue of seniors. 6. Quality is so poor that you can't even justify yourself. Every quality has different point of views but the process is one. That's the most critical in Flipkart process. Don't know about other process. 7. Team leader was supportive. 8. While on induction process they will teach you about company policies and posh, but in real time you can find couples in parking doing unexpected activities, you can find love while in training period apart from getting all the knowledges. 9.
