Appraisal not in time. And the company reduced the applicable months in appraisal. 8 to 9 months applicable.

Salary comes on Time although its peanuts according to industry standards

Promotion not given to relevant people.Lot of internal Politics.No Salary increment.Very poor HR Management.TL's think we are super humans Client has very poor below Infrastructure and expect the customer service agents to manage customers and give them a Good NPS scores.HR is too busy to listen to Employee woes and do anything specially about Australian clients , My experience is Australian clients.People day UK is good , but first impression is last impression.I joined tech Mahindra bcoz of brand but its my worst decision.They make you work for long hours without proper breaks and dont offer relevant remuneration They will show in offer letter that u will get incentives but with tons of terms and conditions that you will never get it.No respect for merit.Only respect is for people who give treats to TL and they get good stack ranking.There is no value for efforts.Only the close ones of the superior get promotion and better salary hike.When in notice period they threaten you and make you work for 16-18 Hours...Read More
