The process training and nesting time is good and gives you ample time to understand and know about the process. The salary first seems to be attractive, but has seems to have many deductions. If you are ignoring your personal life, then you can earn money.

Still is unclear about the job roles and it's hard for one to get knowledge about the process. Salary is a minus, you get to see many deductions. Graveyard shifts. These people show money and think they can make you work.
