I worked for Tech M for many years, horrible work atmosphere, no growth opportunities and same opportunities given to those who didn't have any skill set and don't know anything... Your personal and professional life gets imbalanced within a short span of time.... Low salaries/poor appraisal systems, HRs are non cooperative with employees, no employees centric organization, organization getting level 3 or 3 pints rating in work culture and Great Place to hook people... U can never make your dream come true after clearing any IJP....HRs are not supportive and don't want to listen anything.

Teammates are helpful.... AM is not helpful... Idiot person.... Still thinking how HR hired him? It's becoz he is the fast friend of Operations Head (SDL) and already worked under him in some other different organization.... He always shouts on floor and barking like a dog on floor on me... Asking to approve the leave of an agent who took 8 days of unplanned leaves and giving Warning Letters-2 to Team Lead for not maintaining the attrition and shrinkage and TAT of the circles, however asking to approve leaves of 8 days of an agent as agent is in relation of that new AM. Operations Head is not supportive, only want to make out Team Leads those are working since long and with dedication and honesty... Do not want to discuss what are the challenges we are facing in operations... Only marking emails to HR looping TL and highlighting small small issue to make TL out so as he can save his job... Idiot man... Zero people management.... A very nice manager resigned couple of months back and didn't worked under 6 months old SDL.. He only worked for 14 months in same process (Tech M) and resigned under same Operations head leadership.... Managers don't want to work with him.... U can easily understood all this type of situation... HR are so illiterate and never discussed any issue sitting with the person before making out and only worked on the inputs received from Operations to make people out of the organization... AM and Manager of the HR is frustrating.... No etiquettes and no manners how to talk to Team Leaders... Top Management till Anand Mahindra level don't want to reply on any email getting from employees if they are facing any issues regarding the harassment or mentally torturing...

Worked with dedication and honestly for the company for so long years but at the end got termination on false and fake allegations against me, HR never tried to sit with me and gave their time to hear my inputs or my concerns on same issues...

The workspace is too good. They offered music on the floor with individual speakers which motivates you to work efficiently with fun. Also team leaders are very supportive in each and every term. Way of training is awesome but shorter in time however if you are experienced then you can manage that.

Dislikes

DAP- which is displinery action plan, when you perform good they target you and monitor all your chats to eat all your incentives. Howere there is too much partiality where managers and their quality team supports some advisors (girls only) in their quality errors. There are some campaigns like international trip, if you've got any DAP then you can not go to that trip, however one of my ex colleague(girl) got DAP but still she went to that trip. Also currently there is another trip going on maybe in next 2 months, another top advisor (one of favourite girl of floor) got DAP she convince managers to remove that DAP parameter from international trip and they did. such a wow thing. Honest review to tech Mahindra stop partiality also we are humans. We understand that quality is important but we are humans you can do at least one mistake in 1000 chats. But that does not mean you take all incentives. It will be better if you set some deduction. But take all the incentives doesnt make any sense. To be honest they only give DAP to the one who is performing. They do not give any DAP to their favourite one's. Favourite people got DAP only by the different department not from the same quality team. Hr team is very very supportive to management, they will not take your side at all. Lol.
Also there was one instance where we need to pitch one particular thing on particular chat and the management made that thing as a parameter for incentives however the favourite advisors (girls) pitch that thing on every chat where there is no need that was unethical practice. We monitored that chats and got to know this. So we highlighted that thing to team leader and he had words with Ops manager you know what ops manager respond- "usko itna time kaise mila dusro k chats audit krne ka Jara uska chats dekho Kai unethical practice to nai KR ra"
Such a mind blowing answer by that manager. Later on we stopped auditing and I left Job
i hope this review will reach to HR and they will take actions.

The payscale is at par with industry standards. Delighted to let you know that average team experience comprises of 9+ years to 16-17 years which makes the team very secured in terms of job security and additional benefits .The team is very closely bonded professionally and personally , its like second home to Quality associates.The low stress work environment enables team to actively participate in extra- curricular activities and follow their passions to the fullest . Few suggestions , feel the existing Quality Management team requires a revamp/ upgrade existing process aspects wrt. technlogy and skills and inclusion of Digitisation , cloud computing and more innovative measures wrt. ever changing customer demands , business benefits and value-add rather than off-beat standard processes. Inclusion of freshers in team and movement/ rotation of lead members and high/Sr. experienced members to more challenging technology and delivery oriented roles to ensure increased value-add and productivity to organisation.

Well । Had A Good Manager But A Mix Of Teammate Behaviour😊As Seen In Almost All Job Culture Areas, There Are Few To Support &Large To Drag Down😔Sad , Management Should Be Transparent &Should Have Least Contact With Staff So That Partialities Be Avoided, Also Staff Should Have Secret Acess To Management For Complaint &Unjustice Register Software Programs. I Did Software Development On My Own With The Permission Of Manager But The Credit Went To Another Person Who Didnt Knew A-B-C Of Development, So I Raised The Issue &With Dejection I Resigned..Such Thing Should Not Happen &Must Be Taken Care Of....

The only thing i earned while working with tech Mahindra is good and supportive friends who are like my family.

Dislikes

It is one of my biggest mistake to work with tech mahindra ahmedabad. If you want to work with them and want to grow then only 2 skills are required first you should be muslim and other one is you need to be perfect in licking skills. Being an corporate employee i have never seen any organisation who promote from associate to Team Lead in just 6 months of period to such associates who were terminated from privious organisation and they know nothing about the process. Then after completing 6 months as Team lead (in total 1 year in organisation) again they promote that employee from team lead to assistant manager. WTF these guys doing with other employees who were hired from outside and they have around 5 years of experience as a team lead. They commit many things but they never stay on commitments. Attrition of this organisation is an average of l 30 percent per month. Even managers get abscond from this organisation. Worst thing there was an employee who was not in condition to work but these people force tht employee to work and when any hindu festival comes they wont grant leaves for anyone but at the time of EID all the Muslim employees get leaves that to for 3 days. Pathetic work culture because of such morons

They have everything to ruin a fresher's enthusiasm. Your skill sets doesn't matter here, you will be allocated to any project on some random logic which is bullshit. HR representatives are just dummy resources who are there to play games and spend time on tea and snacks stalls.everything depends on project manager but when you put any concern infront of any HR or manager they will put the Ball in someone else's court and say we can't help you.Talk to that person and when you reach that person he will do the same.so the it goes in circular way.apart from this if you are working on weekends in office you will realize how poor managment is.AC won't work , and when you ask for Table Fan they won't provide with sentence "we don't have enough inventory".

everything is going based on cost cuttings.cost ccuttings are the sole objective for this organization.you can see on one hand they show off for doing charity and on the other hand they treat their eemployees like slaves.ask to work on weekends and don't provide compensation.manager is omnipotent here And HR are just to play games and for saying this is against policy (P.S. But they won't show or tell which policy because existence of such thing is doubtful).

Tech Mahindra IT company slowly becoming IT BPO company. Most of the projects are support projects. Employees will be forced to work in night shifts, if anyone denies they will be terminated. TechM hires a person and pushes them into age old technologies, later they don’t give a chance to employees to switch to new technologies. Even TechM do not cross skill employees to catch the current market. Slowly employees become slaves. No hikes as per industry norms. Managers feel like Einstein, but really they don’t have any respect or courtesy on fellow employees. Mangers force lady employees who come back from maternity leave into work night shift projects. For freshers TechM is a dangerous place which spoils the career and made them as company dependent.

TechM need to improve a lot with respect to organisational structure.

My overall work experience(5years) was just ok. I worked in night shifts for 2 years. I literally requested managers for Project switch. Not allowed. Got D vitamin deficiency due to night shifts. Finally left the job due to lack of growth in my career.

The training program for fresh graduates is really great. The company is open to innovation but it depends on the projects sometime. Work life balance depends on the projects too.

Dislikes

The "resource allocation" based on skills is done by purely random after the initial training program as happens with other major IT services companies. That is a major disappointment for most of the candidates. After a certain set of tech/domain training, the resources are forced to get allocated to a entirely new domain/skill(you will be threatened for HR action if you don't attend the interview or don't want to join). Sometime, the RMG would not even ask any preference and send you a selection mail for a bad project and you would be told to relocate to a different location and join. The same HR threat is applicable if you don't want to join. After that you may find that your seniors in the project are not willing to give you proper knowledge transfer(only bare minimum to do the mechanical works) , so that you would not threaten his/her position in the project(Yes, it happens!!).They would not appreciate yo ur hard work and would rebuke you for doing minor mistakes.The salary growth is bare minimum to really call it a hike.Sometime it is 500-1000 in a month(in hand extra).

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Best thing was getting relocation to my desired city. Yes since they want u to work so they will spend on u. In terms of fun it's good. If u don't want to work much then it's a good choice.

Not so good projects. Hire employee unnecessarily and managers are terrible here. Most of the employees are more interested in politics than working. Only goal of the company is their growth. U won't find much personal growth. I remember one of my friend rejected a project because the work was on Excel. He said to the manager this work can be done by a 12th student. He got the response from the manager that even the washroom cleaner is a revenue generator for the company so if we ask u for that then u have to do it.
This was really derogatory and demotivating for anyone. Here in this company most of the work is done on tools so no learning on hands much.
