I have joined TechM 2 weeks back and TechM pm told it will take 1 month to get client/ customer credentials to work on project and meanwhile pm asked what are your strong skills so you can give KT to juniors till getting credentials and may i know will it take 1 month to get credentials and may i know till getting credentials what I need to do if pm is not tagging to anyone and not giving any work

Dislikes: Office and work culture is worst , those who are in a higher level post they just try to take advantage of people , appraisals aren't good here . Pathetic experience.they give good salary in other tech Mahindra location but in odisha they just dont want to pay people .

Dislikes: Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.
