I like this company an lot atmosphere no politics, Cab facility is upto to 50 kilometres Skill set so will Fresher nice place to learn

I just liked the work culture. But they don’t bother about your project and we have to leave the company forcefully if we don’t get any other project.

No Job Security. I can not expect from such a big company as they don’t have single opportunity for an employee to fit in and forcefully asking to leave as they couldn’t find another project.

Tech Mahindra is the worst company, there policies there culture everything is just disaster. Management is not helpful at all. Here there is no holidays for Indian festival they just want us to work like there servent 24/7. If anyone wants to start there carrier from tech Mahindra please don't ruin your life here.

Lots of opportunity to upskill and learn new tools and technology, the org supports for external certification.

There is no proper comms shared on project end, you will be put on bench without any intimation even if you have performed really well. HR team does not share any comms on salary, promotion, appraisal or hike. For any query if you connect with them, they will never respond on time Network in office is very pathetic, none of the apps open if you use company Lan, you will still be asked to work from office using your mobile internet.
