Worst ever management and work culture is very pathetic. Favouritism would be very high. Talent recognition is very very poor. Salary structure is worst ever in the market. Management recognises only there chemchas no matter how worst they are in terms of their performance and skills. Very less flexibility to improve skills. Organisation is worst in valuing and respecting there own employees.

This company is only good for skill development, learners and beginners like especially freshers but not good for senior associates. Everything revolves around your manager here.

This is one definitely one of the worst companies I have ever worked with till date. It has worst work culture of putting heavy workload stress and strain on employees like 10 hours of working, no medical care or no proper insurance, treating as bonded laborers for western clients. To be honest my manager and my team is very good they support and help me learn new things.

Appraisals and company internal politics make no sense, here even though you get good rating in appraisal period the hike percent will be not more than 5-9℅ he hurts us when we work day night to meet deadline and they give us this kind of hikes.
