-On time salary credit -Extra 5 lac of medical insurance benefits can be claimed ( in name of trust)in case of critical health emergency and si exhaust however the premium amount of rs 200 deducts from associate salary each month.

Dislikes

-Hiring process ,variable component in ctc which is not properly explained while hiring. -Hiring for team lead position but responsibility not provided and giving designation of senior associate.( Not mentioning team lead on offer letter) - Multiple platforms to enhance skill promoted but reducing access/no access provided becausecompany don't has money to give to platform ( Udemy) etc -Dry promotion ,late promotion -No Appraisal/ Delay appraisal -Frequent layoff / bench movement - Medical insurance not sufficient and multiple restrictions on claim amount. - variable pay calculation not transperant, it stop of when person resign and on notice period...Read More
