One of the worst management i came across and no one is bothered about employee well being rather than work. They don't care what employee is going through and they don't even support there employee in providing wfh if needed in any kind of personal or emergency situations. Especially few managers are making employees feel very uncomfortable which ultimately impacts company fame. Definitely dislike to join in Tech M mainly in view of poor management and employee well being, work life balance. I saw few instances where anyone can feel bad of the management. 1.They don't even allow Carrying women to do wfh as it is very important for them and HR don't care abt the individual. 2.No women safety, Leads and managers are making fun of team members and don't respect individuals opinions. 3.Managers wont respond to approve any leaves even for sick leaves...many more...Read More

Except minimum notice period30days for p1 &p2,where in difficult to get job outside due to experience and budget constraints, organization should think make it 3 months notice for all, if the case stick to 30 days organization should pay minimum 3 to 6 months gross salary to an employee, otherwise organization reputation will go bad, and nobody will join with Tech mahindra. It's good only if you want to fill your resume with some experience.

Worst ever management and work culture is very pathetic. Favouritism would be very high. Talent recognition is very very poor. Salary structure is worst ever in the market. Management recognises only there chemchas no matter how worst they are in terms of their performance and skills. Very less flexibility to improve skills. Organisation is worst in valuing and respecting there own employees.
