Firstly, I would like to emphasize the importance of job security, especially after being promoted to a new position. It is disheartening to feel unsupported and left to navigate the challenges alone. I believe that it would greatly benefit both the individual and the organization to provide necessary training and guidance to help employees successfully adapt to their new roles. By doing so, we can create a more conducive and empowering work environment. Furthermore, the behavior of senior colleagues plays a significant role in our motivation and overall experience at Tech Mahindra. Positive and supportive attitudes from seniors can greatly inspire and encourage us to excel in our work. I would like to say much. But the bitter truth is there is no pros in this organization except the brand Tech Mahindra. There is no word like employee benefits in tech M dictionary. In 3 years I haven't eveb got a single tea cup from organization 😂

Company which takes money from the employees who are exiting in the form of not giving their PLI for the months they worked. Toxis work culture. Count even peanuts in your salary when it comes to yearly appraisals. No rewards no recognition for the ones who perform consistently well. Management is all about counting coins and immature, unempathetic. HUMAN Resource Department is their pet, never talk about employees concern or well being. Some times work is very difficult in that time supervisor was very angry.And some of the TL's are supportive but some of the TL'S are not support in different situations. And there salary hike is very low, no team outing. There is no entertainment only work work work that is only dislike We are doing good but there is no salary hike.

1) Salary would be based on project, but overall nothing much I like. 2) I am currently in a phase where I would be out from the company.

Dislikes

1) Too much corporate, even I am not eligible to take sick leave and have to be productive. 2) They recruited me in good package no doubt, but what I feel for small duration and responsibilities. This was a new innovative project for me with lots of challenges to learn, but on the mean time they engage me to train freshers on the team by upskilling them and finally make me out from the project. 3) The KT phase was good , but they given me responsibilities for 2-3 major tasks at a time, which I have to look. As I told there were freshers at the team, with them I have to handle tasks, so they got lots of opportunities to learn from my skillsets. Now they enough have learned and upgraded themself, so my manager decided to make me out from the project. So I was out from the project and in bench for 2Months. 4) After 2Months they added me at same project but on a different subsidy, now here there's a twist. The new project already have a big team still they added me in adhoc. Now they are expecting that without KT, I should be more productive; that means whatever tasks they would provide I should give enough output. and what I feel they wanted to prove I am worthless and useless, so that they could remove me from the company with a reason. -I have overall very bad experience with TechMahindra....Read More

There is nothing as negative rating option to give. If you are smart don’t join with TechM but no other options then join to quit sooner to move on. Many are using TechM offer letters to negotiate with better companies. That is the best usage of TechM offers
