1) Salary would be based on project, but overall nothing much I like. 2) I am currently in a phase where I would be out from the company.
1) Too much corporate, even I am not eligible to take sick leave and have to be productive. 2) They recruited me in good package no doubt, but what I feel for small duration and responsibilities. This was a new innovative project for me with lots of challenges to learn, but on the mean time they engage me to train freshers on the team by upskilling them and finally make me out from the project. 3) The KT phase was good , but they given me responsibilities for 2-3 major tasks at a time, which I have to look. As I told there were freshers at the team, with them I have to handle tasks, so they got lots of opportunities to learn from my skillsets. Now they enough have learned and upgraded themself, so my manager decided to make me out from the project. So I was out from the project and in bench for 2Months. 4) After 2Months they added me at same project but on a different subsidy, now here there's a twist. The new project already have a big team still they added me in adhoc. Now they are expecting that without KT, I should be more productive; that means whatever tasks they would provide I should give enough output. and what I feel they wanted to prove I am worthless and useless, so that they could remove me from the company with a reason. -I have overall very bad experience with TechMahindra....Read More

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation.
