It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. There are many. Mainly no rewards and recognition. Appraisal is a myth here. Except work life balance other factors are terrible. Management never care about the resources (U band). Mainly throw the visas to resources to loot them.

This company is only good for skill development, learners and beginners like especially freshers but not good for senior associates. Everything revolves around your manager here.

It has worst work culture of putting heavy workload stress and strain on employees like 10 hours of working, no medical care or no proper insurance, treating as bonded laborers for western clients. Absolutely terrible. If you are looking to learn work on your own with no guidance or support and constant scolding (I mean it scolding), this Company is for you. Even after constant recognitions and consistent performance company is completely exhausting.

Everything. No bonuses, no appraisals, no salary hikes, no work life balance, ridiculous leave policy and onboarding policies. This company does not even cater to joinkng employees and have minimal expenditure policies which reduce your reimbursement claims and partially return yiu the amount spent.

Tech Mahindra is overall a Massive company but BPO sector specially WCOM (Vi) is totally a headache for Agents because they didn't even treat his Employee as well being. Many of my colleagues came office at sharp 09:00 AM but they left the company at 9:00PM night. Totally a headache job
