There is nothing much to like here. The only perk was that it provided work from home, but now that also has been revoked

No appraisals No Hikes Zero work satisfaction No opportunities to work as per the role No support from management or HRs Management does not care if you have or don't have project allocation, but they make sure that associates work on project deliverables for more than 9 hours without any billing. If you resist or even ask about allocations, they will threaten you for job
