No increment and chandivali location TechM is worst and they are not giving earned leave amount after resignation in fnf and after resignation salary they will not give you net pay and if you mail them for the same they will not respond worst company and they are not care about the femal employee

At a surface level. Everything seems fine with the organization. Its only when something goes wrong you realize that you wont get any support from the organization. Their employee centric policies & procedures are good looking on a PDF document. Beyond that atleast I didnt see any use of these.. The HR & the higher management will do nothing or take no action against a favored employee against whom a disciplinary action has been raised despite of presenting valid proof of the misbehavior. They will try to cover it up by citing some imaginary policies to keep you in dark & you will have to accept whatevr it is they are offering just to avoid locking horns with the management. So, no if you ever are towards the receving end of someones misbehavior from workplace. (& if the person is being favoured by the higher management) Keep quiet & continue if you value your job....Read More

None of the policies set by HR team is of any use to the employee. For e.g. You wont be able to apply for a sick leave until u exhaust all you earned leaves. Annual Appraisal sits 0% for L rating, between 3-5% for C rating, and 6-8% for X ratings. For back lickers of managers it could be anything like 25%-40% in few cases.

Work from home permanently and good balance during the weekdays, weekends tight off, no burdened working, flexible working hours, no micromanaging, cab facilities, meal vouchers, various team activities, rest depends on the process.
Dislikes
Behavior of Senior Management is awful, they will never praise you for your work and will ultimately blame you for their own mistakes, they'll lie you a tonne on your mistakes that you've never ever committed. No hikes, as I don't consider 1-2% as a hike since it will bring bad image to your career while switching.

I can give review specifically to my project they are very good. I am enjoying working with them ..but it's only for the project m working right now..

Not a good place to work... they are overdemanding they don't understand anything I worked in their noida nsez branch and team leads and manager they are rude.. they don't even know how to talk they don't even know how to coordinate with an employee.. my liking is always for the Hyderabad branch...very specific to my project.
