Company which takes money from the employees who are exiting in the form of not giving their PLI for the months they worked. Toxis work culture. Count even peanuts in your salary when it comes to yearly appraisals. No rewards no recognition for the ones who perform consistently well. Management is all about counting coins and immature, unempathetic. HUMAN Resource Department is their pet, never talk about employees concern or well being. I Worked TP, Fusion, Cnx & Tech mahindra. This is the worst experience I felt in the Tech mahindra Organisation. They have Toxic work culture especally in Flipkart voice process. There is no work life balance, they treated new employees like dog. Don't go for job in Tech Mahindra. Alsothey are cheat company for agent level. They didn't provide salary tilll 2 months agent joining level. after that BBD they fired employees without paying their 2 monts salary by giving without reasons. Pathetic condition of upper management accountability or ownership for absolutely anything or activity which exist. Poor infrastructure and work culture and it's worst then domestic call center. Lack of transparency and corrupt relations with Clients. Unhealthy enviornment which is biased towards all individuals and no one is there for any responsibility to hold up for any department. From joining till end an individual will have to only suffer in terrible slang by the person to whome they're reporting. Hectic work culture, being treated like a slave for 8 hour billing each day, almost all the managers are toxic bosses with no regards for your personal well being, no support from HR. Asking leaves and WFH is frowned upon by the management.

Till now nothing... I would recommend everyone, not to join unless you are completely jobless and need atleast something to survive...

Almost everything, including the management, work life balance, salary benefits etc, nowhere you will find satisfaction, not even 30%...

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
