Overall my experience is bad with Techmagnate's accounts department which is the prime example of incompetence and negligance. Their inability to manage basic tasks and provide satisfactory customer services only added to the frustration and already disappointing engagement with the company.

Only salary comes on 15th that is the best thing. Monday to Friday work is good. CEO sir is good cordial friendly humble nature The projects are good. Managers are knowledgeable.

Huge mismanagement. Stressful environment. No personal life Unacceptable target was given. Seniors don't know when the task will finish but are assigned to juniors. You will get mental pressure. New employee are given resign within 1-2month Always burden take assigned but you need to be do on sat/sun too.

The Company owner is really an inspiration. A very Humble Guy with creative & energetic mind.

The Sr. Managers are playing roles as an Evil. They don't trust their Junior or Lower Roles. Work From Home is strictly prohibbited here (as I already said, they think their employee just sit at home & chill). Big Politics Every time going on. They have a scoring system, but that does not really matter if you are a " Big Chaatu " toyour Manager, you'll get appraisal, otherwise don't even think about it. The company location is Sarita Vihar, you'll not get any time to spend with your family or friends if you join this company, because all of the time will just go in Travelling and completing your 9 hours Login per day. Currently they released 105 Openings, but I just want to say to all the candidates, please don't join this company!! It was my biggest mistake in life to join this Agency, as I thought this is a Big Digital Marketing Brand, they must be flexible in work culture or something. But A BIG NO!! Please give your mind an another thought & try to find a better company. A Note For The Company - The Company Location is too far from people's place, So try to Start Working on Hybrid Culture. It takes me almost 3 Hours to Travel from Delhi to Sarita Vihar everyday in Metro. Don't Join or you'll be also writing this bad review out of frustration everyday on Ambition Box.
