Attention jobseekers, I want to share my experience with TechSaga Corporation Noida (near metro station sector 15). Regrettably, I blindly joined this company without checking reviews on social media platforms. It turned out to be a fraudulent company that terminated me without any valid reason. They not only withheld my 22 days' salary but also the one-month notice period salary. When I escalated the issue to the director, Mr. Rahul Mishra, he claimed ignorance about the termination, despite being marked in the CC mail by HR. This company, collectively, deprives employees of their hard-earned money, and their business practices are questionable. The internal environment of the company is unpleasant, with decisions being made unilaterally without considering multiple perspectives.
