US based MNC, Company culture, policies are Good. Quite familiar in DMF pharma, but not known in any other sector. Work from home, Office timings, No Boss culture. Team people are supportive.

Dislikes

Expectations on new sales is extreme. While no one asks about new devolepment/sales in existing DMF buisness. Very high competitive market, Doing new business is extremely tough. If you are comming for DMF market, Your life will be king like. Because you will do nothing. Salary perks/incentive very low as compared to industry standards.
