Anything less than 1 star is the rating. There is nothing good about Teleperformance. Training is the only honeymoon period there. Fast growth is their only USP but it requires remaining in good books of corrupt managers apart from maintaing best performance track records. People are unaware of the fact that employees are forced to fill good reviews for the company by HR personnels...they even go to the extent of filling the forms themselves after making the employee open it with their individual unique ID and password. All their good reviews online to gain awards like best employer are fake as they follow this practise. This fact is well known by the HR heads like Sandeep and Anshuman and also VPs like Sapna.

Dislikes

The company norms are terrible. They do not set the norms correctly when you join them and then throw you out stating silly norms like "we consider stopping an employee at the gate and requesting her to extend for 15 minutes as rudeness"....that too when I was following as instructed by Somit Bansal. You will never know when they will throw you out even when you are their best performer as per performance ratings. They will never set expectations correctly. Their disciplinary grid will always have grey areas so that they can decide as per their whims and fancies. Define rudeness in the first place. A request or an assertive statement cannot be rudeness. Rudeness cannot be defined by perception of an individual as it may vary from person to person. Some of the top management are horrible to say the least. Santosh Das uses profanity while abusing his immediate downline and operation managers in meetings and reviews. You cannot be abusive at any point and time. My manager Shubham was abused by Das in front of me stating "dog, dont teach your father how to fuck". He uses profanities like "benchod" etc. This is unacceptable behavior. Das also has the habit of safeguarding and promoting people who are extremely loyal to him and would absorb his abuses silently. If you are in his good books you are the king of teleperformance, he would showcase your strengths...for the rest, he would pull you down by portraying only your weaknesses in front of the management. This is his character. The chairman Sanjay believes that Amit Luthra and Sapna Bhambhani can fix all these ill practises but unfortunately they go with the flow and land up throwing out people who fall a prey and are framed by managers like Santosh Das and Somit Bansal. I have worked 8 years in Concentrix and would have never changed had I known this.

Hire employees by taking their interview over telephone, which only few companies in India does that. Provides 14 nights of free accommodation for those candidates who are coming from different cities. Has multiple locations in Jaipur city. They also provide handsome bonus for those employees coming from different states for this job only. Every year in August they conduct cultural activities known as Fun or festival. They also donate Citizens of the world as a social cause.

Dislikes

Starting from a peon to a security guard to VP, each and every one is arrogant and rude behaviour. Management literally sucks blood of employees by making them work till the last second of login hours. As a MNC, they have a weird rule of not letting any employee carry wallets, currency notes even coins (only God knows why), water bottles, lip balm and the lists goes on and on in the working area. The only thing one can carry is himself. The big muse is the remuneration part. A huge gap is between cost to the company and take home salary. They include employer's part of PF contribution in CTC to look it good and fool candidates. In a sum up, Teleperformance spoil career. Not recommended for those who wish to work in a cultured environment.

Learning and exposure is something which Teleperformance offers in plenty.Having more than 25 different clients/processes under its belt, Teleperformance makes sure that you never have dull moment.Different processes have different requirements which keeps you at your toes always which results in many learning opportunities along with exposure to different practices and clients.

Dislikes

Long working hours is something which comes in mind as soon as i hear Teleperformance and on the top of that below the belt Politics makes your working day feel much more stretched than it actually is. TP have good talent however the insecurity level among them is so high that they don't let any other talent groom their unless and until that talent decides to become their sycophant. Favoritism is so rampant in TP that results of small events like For Fun Festival which is meant for Fun only(as it's name clearly indicates) are tempered with to give advantage to sycophants.

I was the part of Talent Acquisition team at Indore(one of the biggest site of TP across India) and targets which we chased were steep always however it resulted in great learning.Since it was team game so we had large enough team to achieve those targets

Teammates are good, after working for a year most of the employees get a good job elsewhere, job security is good, if a process is not doing well or your performance is not good you might be shifted to other process, no travelling required, most of the processes are inbound, politics is average, supervisors are not that supporting in certain processes, work environment is cool, 6-days working and night shift for international shift, so work-like balance is tough. People have got promotions within 3-4 months as well. So growth is best in the industry. JUMP certification is to get promoted. If you clear that training and certification they will give a promotion within 3 months, it depends on the vacancies available.
Step-up is an exam for domestic process employees to step up to international process. They teach english in step up.

Dislikes

Sometimes I didn't use to get the necessary help from supervisors to resolve issues of customers. They used to avoid tough issues.

Work

First 6 months you feel overloaded with technical issues plus excited to get c-sats (customer ratings) from customers.
Next 6 months you will feel excited to resolve all the issues you get.
In next six months you will become senior most.

I like the fact that the management in keen on providing immense opportunities to the employees at every level of the hierarchy. The salary/appraisal is all part of the job performance, the real appreciation comes from the managers when they provide you with ample of opportunities to prove your metal. TP is one such organisation that lets you grow and prosper along with a dynamic team with a great work culture and collective learning. Work at times could invade with your personal space but not everyday is a bad day. Some days work would be immense and some days it wouldn't. And when it wouldn't be a hard day at work then you can bet on a party hard scenario. Young managers tend to be more flexible and understanding and that's what TP vouch for.

Dislikes

Nothing that comes to my mind. The only fact that I feel is something TP can work on is providing better work life balance even in stressful situations.

I was in talent acquisition department. Needless to say that it was a target based profile and a lot of hectic schedule supposed to be followed. With great guidance and support from the managers the stress was taken care of at work.

There is a lots of opportunities to learn many things together and build a good experience in market of BPO'S .
Company provide a good exposer to work within a. Flexible environment.

Dislikes

One thing is bad that about payroll department and they never focus on their own mistake and eventually they can hold your salary till next salary date without any valid reason.
And the second thing is about making decisions can only hold by the clients that's very bad. Even a problem has been come to a good performer employee they never care about that and treat as a fresher and after that all decision make by the clients who's never know the employee detail they can transfer you to another process (in case if you are lucky ) other wiseyou can force for fill the resignation letter .

Worked as a TSE for the Adobe process at the Mansarovar teleperformance .
Have to provide the resolution to the customer in order resolve their query related to perpattual Adobe products.

In Teleperformance I like friendly environment and safety for girls..

Dislikes

The environment is good in Teleperformance,i have learnt many things here infact i should say technical skills..Security for girls is very good..but regarding salary i dnt think its good enough apart from that taking more than 2 leaves in a month and for that we have to sacrifice our whole incentives that's not good at all..Pressure is very high here as we have to fight for our break which is of one hour.. And some kind of partiality is there like if we are doing work as a pupil then only we can expect our appraisal otherwise the appreciation of good work is MORE WORK here..its a kind of accord in short..

There is a skill development training called TOPS, which is amazing. It really helps in skill development and performance improvement.

Dislikes

Terminate people at all the levels like anything. Attrition is always high due to poor work culture and no ethics. Internal employee satisfaction survey are pitched by seniors and asked to be given in the presence of seniors, sometimes HR manager and head including service delivery head ask associates to do it in their presence. Obviously it shows their rank better in outer world different then reality. I really don't understand why do they fire people like anything every month.

Manager are always biased they don't promote a person who hv good knowledge poltics is also in office which is not healthy for any body and due to some reason I change job but then I joined a company out of state I need a reliving latter or any confirmation that I was a employee there and presently not working there but tp accounts said we can't provide you any thing complete your FNF first I don't hv any due but they didn't provide anything and I lost my new job because teleperformance is dump me after 2 yr of my working profile
