HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. There are several points for dislike Teleperformance-1. They force the employee to do overtime. 2. They don't give medical leave, even if you are dead you need to come to office. 3. They force us to, not take full break at one time. 4. They force to do work after the shift is over and when the employee say no to them they just increas our work at the end of the day.

I know the process and I don’t want to quit because of my friends as they all are working with me.

The payroll is very low according to work. As other companies provide good payroll and this is the main reason that tenure’s choose to quit the job after few months as other companies pay them with 33K ctc plus extra 1500 for cab expenses. Team leaders do not know how to handle agents in the work load. They just target some agents in front of manager’s for getting promotions. I do want to work in the company but the payroll is less so I am thinking to change the company as well....Read More
