Employees received their salary before 1st of the month , only that's good.

1. Their hiring process is very bad, they hired people without validating their skill when they required post that operation team have to face challenges with non skill employees. 2. HR team is there only for show off, even they don't know about their job role. From BHR excutive to the HR manager all are there not support or helpthe employees. They only says every time that we can not do anything for you. 3. Proper training not provided to the new employees hence they are not able to perform at production floor and they faced separation. The job security is extremely high in this organisation. Amazing place to work, along with great colleagues and leadership, including likes of Munawar Ali Haqqani and Jagdeep Sekhon. Great folks to learn from and look upto. BHR team is amazing too.

Yearly increment is relatively low, also the speed of growth offered by this organisation is also slightly low.

Gives fake promises. I have seen many people have been asked to leave because of the wrong decision taken my the management. Their HR team come to office just to show their clothes and rome round. Multiple followup is required with them to complete one task. The pathetic policies of this organisation will make you frustrated every day. Their admin team is very rude. They don't have the policy to assign permanent lockers to their employees....Read More

This company is really good for learning, specially F&A process.

Its really horrible to work with this company, we get highest 3% increment in transition period after doing 100-200% effert. After 1 year we will not able to take even 1 leave. And there is no OT. There is no work life balance.your life become hell.please dont join if your client location will be borivali west. May be its differ forother process.but if its related to borivali west then really dont join.
