Likes: After completing 9 months you can apply for promotions. Dislikes: Internal politics if you are going for promotion, favourite candidates of manager are given preference, No fun Friday hardly in 2 or 3 months we get 1 or 2 fun Friday. Salary is also very less as it's my personal opinion every one deserves more as working for MNc processes.
