Career Advice

Hi Folks, I am a Data Analyst working with Teleperformance and getting nearly 6.3 LPA. I have 5 years of experience in difference industries. I have started with Sales and Marketing (1.5 Years) and laid of after Covid then got into BPO (11 Months) switched to reporting analyst (2 years) and now Data Analyst. However after 5+ years I feel stuck in terms of salary. I am commerce graduate with MBA from Chandigarh University and currently pursuing a Data Science certification from scaler Academy which is under process. I am planning to go for GMAT to pursue EPGP from Top IIM’s. Is it right thing to go for EPG or I should focus on Data Science.
