Job is secured till the time you are not doing anything against company policy.
They are not even giving near to market standards package and promotional increment from grade 1 to grade 2 is up to 15% only that too when u have exceed expectations ratings, so usually who get promoted from grade are usually getting just 10-12% of increment on their existing CTC.apart from that politics is obviously dirty and favouritism is on peak.

Teleperformance is well known company and I was happy to work in the company. My maximum experience was fantastic with TP.
I dislike the management of Teleperformance. Their is no any management for employee care. HR and EC department are not able to take any decisions in favor of employees. All the department are dependent on higher managers, who are doing partiality and favourtism with the employees according to their religion. After giving of 6 years of loyalty and stability to the company, I'm facing issue of racism, disrespect, managers showing down to sikh religion and comments on character. They always want to go on trips with female employees, but after denying them they doing all the things which impacted on professional life. There was not any plan to leave the company but managers giving lots of mental stress everyday by saying alots of inappropriate and unprofessional words. So at the end I'm forced by them to resign. Their is no any right to speak about these issue, because their is no rule against the management. Also they are not paying for overtime what employees did as per business requirements, which is totally against the labor law. Now they are creating problems in full & final settlement. The thing I like the most about the TP that it hires needy people with physical disabilities so that they can too take their responsibilities and can go ahead. They do respect every field of employees whether it's an agent, security guard, house keeper. They do respect all of them.

The management is so useless that you get a lot of free time at training. You just sit there and waste your productive time.
The company has no beneficial policy. Not at all employee centric. They say they pay better salary then other companies in the market, that's true the CTC is high but the net what you get in hand is nothing compared to that. They claim money for everything even for your pf they claim the employee and employer both contribution from your salary only so the company pays nothing to be precise. Cafeteria has huge space...in working floor has shortage of space & system. Those who want a 3-4 month job... this is perfect company for them.
False promises made by HR... No target, semi voice, 20 calls/day, technical support and many more. These all are fake information. Misguided by trainer, in day 1 recruiting for TCD, in day 4 transfer to Primary... Salary hold for no reason... The total job is dependent on customer response i.e Yes, No. If you get no...Tl will forcefully do logout for 1hr and mark as half day present. And you will get half salary. Client service is not so good, delivery partners are failing to give service...for that reason customer give NO but it shows in my bucket.. In certification phase the total authority want to send you back to the home, only some trainers are trying to do their job bt the management team don't want any employee after 3-4 months. 70% of the training batch got terminated due to various reasons.. At 1st month of training nothing happened...like no training done...2nd month training started.... only 8days training done(u'll nothing learn). After this u have to take calls for 4-6 hours...for 2wks. After this u have to take full time calls(8:30hrs). Many times you will try to certify yourself...bt they give you false reasons & keep you in training position... I this situation the TL & maneger are giving you very bad treatment, i.e misbehave, pressure, logout, mark half day present, misleading information, At any cost they will terminate you. Then same happens with the next batch. Huge hiring bt after 3/4 months all are terminated. No job security, salary hold issue.. scamming people, makeing peoples career bad....Read More

Almost everything. They don't allow female employees to leave office premises between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot.
