The management targets you once you point out the things that are needed to be done in order to grow. The management just wants labors who just listen to them and work accordingly which is fine until you have an issue and reach out to them. The management lacks support and is very biased. The management will try to find a way to kick you out of the company and will give you a reason that you've been replaced. Even if your team's score is above the target, they'll try to find something to disrespect you in front of everyone. This TP's management is very very biased and bad towards their employees. They just want labors and nothing else. Gives only a small hike and expects that all of the work should be done which is beyond the profile's SLA and KRA....Read More

Roster is prepared weekly and at any given point they would end up giving any shift From night they might directly shift you to morning. It is not a gradual process.... At times towards the end of the week people are not aware what their roster will be for next week. Work life balance is really pathetic. Salary is very less in some process here Promotions are for name sake, specifically for the airbnb process, when it is the peak season they will promote you and then give you some xyz reason to demote you back to an agent level, all the hard work and dedication you've shown all down the drain once the peak season is over. Which does not provide any work satisfaction and completely demotivates an employee. As an organization the company is good but it is the management that is drowning the name of this organization The managers treat team leaders as agents here They have no sense of how to talk to peers so if you are an SME or an agent then you can imagine what treatement you would get. They need to learn how to work with employees. Cherry on the cake, they will ask you for medical documents and even after you provide them with it... They will still make you as unplanned leave and deduct from your salary... No medical leave regardless of submitting medical document. The environment is very toxic. The management is totally worst. Even the HR, manager they only listen to agents and take action based on their feedback but they don't listen to the other side of the story. Moreover, hr manager Kiran encourage to do wrong practice like covering non- compliance of the team. He said to safeguard the team by only giving verbal feedback because they are scared if it goes to compliance team. Moreover, the manager Latif Khan is totally worst. He is not at all supportive. Despite knowing everything what's going on in the team he still blame his Team lead stating we are not able to handle the team. Trust me the entire management is good for nothing.
