Only salary getting on time aprat from this nothing was good for me. I have handled Voice LOB for US Banking also I have completed 3 mejor projects in crucial deadlines for Mumbai and Gurgaon for 5 LOB`s and 2 Processes. After doing all this no recommadation or appriciatation. Even I have trained in Voice and Chat LOB`s although I hired for backoffice. I was taking care of the Project EPIC Tech issues and troubleshooting for 1017 headcounts however, when time camme for headcount reduction My name was there along with my team. This is something which shows politics and favourtism comes first then skills knowledge and experience....Read More
