None - It was my mistake to join Tesco, I had another offer but I joined this company because it has given me more package. I left the company in a year. I must have left it in the first month of my joining.

1. People are not honest they change their statements. 2.Old employees have lot of insecurities don't help new employees to settle down well. 3.No work life balance - some rules are applicable only on new employees. 4.Frequent Layoffs, with out any reasons. 5. If your manager thinks you should be fired, you will be fired! 6. Gettinggood yearly rating is not a security, after getting good rating - your manager can fire you on the name of performance. 7. HR department is VERY WEEK, they support only management not the Employees. 8. Tesco try to hire out station immediate joiners, as they don't know about its culture and don't have time to do research about it. 9. Giving more salary is also a trap, it will be the reason to fire you, after the project work will be finished. 10<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
