It is one of the best place to work and it gives you the best work life balance. Managers and colleagues are really very friendly. Plus if you are someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow within the organisation the company gives you the freedom to move into different domain and team as per your interest and dedication.

Average salary for the brand, No perks at all: you need to pay for everything within campus with average salaries. Very very slow promotion cycles: will prefer laterals over internal promotion. Appraisals are very low. A major chunk is variable pay.

Amazing culture, supportive colleagues, good work life balance for most colleagues

It's a struggle to find a lateral opportunity in India. So unless you have a extremely supportive manager out of India, who sponsors your movement out of India, it's just impossible to move into different roles or grow.
