Nothing good to like about Tesco, it's such a pathetic organisation with all toxic people. No work life balance, it's totally different from what they say while hiring you, you will be amazed to see the infrastructure, but once you start working, the nightmare begins. It's been an yearI joined Tesco, l haven't received my Welcome goodies inspite of receiving multiple emails from the HR team same, organisation full of shameless creatures. I had never seen such just pathetic work environment. Their hike, and bonus is another nonsense, they mention 1.5 bonus and what you get is- not even half of it....Read More

No work life balance No growth Micromanagement from heads They care more about number of hours worked and not about the quality of work produced. Zero flexibility. Even a sick leave needs to be compensated. Fixed shift timings that leave no room for personal life. Biased promotions.
