The only issue which is becoming a major concern nowadays is Indian Managers are not maintaining the Swedish Culture Values and in turn applying their so called best practices which is not helpful for organization reputation. Again, all the ratings given are with respect to Indian mentality to run Swedish business, nothing in person with company standards.
