It's Completely Day Shift.

I worked as Sales Executive in this Company for four months. The salary package was okay and Initially seemed promising, My overall experience is disappointing. The higher management consistently showed a lack of concern for employee's work-life balance and overall health. The pressure to meet sales target was intense, and rather than providing support or constructive feedback, I often felt like all executives are being bullied by HR manager by publicly shouting on the floor in the front of all other Colleagues it felt Humiliating. Unfortunately the work environment is very toxic and discouraging and I felt undervalued and stressed. Ultimately, I was let go for not meeting sales target, but I believe that lack of proper management and support played a significant role in my inability to succeed. I would caution others to considering this company to be aware of these challenges before Joining....Read More
