Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Even after the full manning, people have to work for 13-14hrs per shift. No appraisal no promotion, salary maybe a benefit but work life balance sucks. Managers are partial.

I don’t because i just gave interview and felt like, it is a trap

No clarity on job duties and responsibilities, felt like everyone is bitching about everyone’s back. Even the GM Mr. Sud, the head of HR is such a waste. He doesn’t know how to talk to anyone, i mean who has given him the position? I am just coming back from my interview I don’t know yet if i am selected or not. In a cab rn, and felt like let’s give a good honest review. Let me tell you, they don’t provide accommodation, and GM was praising the fact that they don’t give accommodation. Actually there is no vision of company. No culture set yet. Company is like startup post Brookfield acquired it. Finance CFO is running hotel business. This situation can explain how culture would be. Job security is zero. Though i am working for few years but job is not safe at our senior level. Attrition is really high. Around 76%
