Hybrid work - that's all and probably the only lever keeping people here. Not because the company cares or anything.

Dislikes

Non-existent work-life balance. You are expected to put over and above office hours and get no overtime. Cost cutting has made this company let go of many resources and now the people left behind are streching. Say goodbye to good appraisals or understanding managers. Earlier the work culture used to be good but now it's worst after the recent acquisition by WNS.

Dislikes

The management is worst and there is a lot of groupism especially in the CPG team, where the managers only prefers those who do boot-licking. The company is facing high attrition right now and has not given any appraisal despite having profits and a good pipeline of work. Overall it's a sinking ship so don't join here.

When the got acquired they assured us there will be no layoffs, but a few months they quietly started firing people, and they did it in a fashion which was humiliating. The team today is thinned out and remaining people are looking for places to go. Don't join this company unless there is no other option

The sync with the managers and project leads is really good. They do understand the issues in case you have any problem. With flexible work from office guidelines, couldn't recommend a better place to work.

Dislikes

Compensation benefits are around 30-40% lower than the industry standards (if compared to big 4 or other consulting companies). Rest everything is great.
