Nothing to like about this organisation. Some people who worked in the past did dirty to the company. Instead of growing the business the company’s business head Mr. Salman was more interested in pulling back the company by taking care of his favourite employees and favouring them despite knowing they can’t even communicate properly. He is more keen to cook up affair stories , know what zoya did in her thailand trip or rather favour some good for nothing employees who can give him some hot gossip and reason to humiliate others. The person who mainly joined was tanuj garg. Can you imagine enjoying your sweet time in the company for almost 9-10 hired into sales team as a counsellor and kicking competition out specifically those people who did better than him. Mr tanuj garg and Madam Shivani the so called manager are more concerned about doing their freelance work in office than doing the actual work that is assigned. The atmosphere for both of them is like home they would video call their kids for hours and even the whole day do freelance work from company’s resources and have even offered people to buy the company leads without caring about their job and the target that has been assigned. Miss zoya has already done her duty well and has created such toxic environment to a level where managers aren’t even capable of doing a single conversation on their own and still have the audacity to blame others. They still have the confidence to interfere in other’s work and blame others for the mistakes they did. Not just the employees in b2c sales but the whole company has gone down for the worse. The day the three monkeys leave the organisation will be a better place to work in and would grow with its revenue too....Read More

No job security,employees were always in fear of loosing job. Co-founders never able to handle the crisis and they have put pressure and blame on employees. Sudden changes and decisions were taken which affect the employees badly. They have given trauma to everyone
