One of the standout aspects of my experience here is the incredible team. I have been working with the company for a long time now and I can personally say that I have been growing with the company every day. The scale of operations have been growing massively in the last 2-3 years. The training sessions conducted by an external trainer affiliated with a big organization has changed things for the development of the company as well as focusing on personal growth of employees that will help me in the future as well. The exposure that is provided in terms on knowledge by connecting with suppliers and clients across the globe is the best part about this job. I love connecting with people. Communicating and understanding their requirements regarding their stay requirements and matching it gives me immense joy. There is a balance of working hours at this work place and I am able to focus on my work and personal life equally.
