It is good people are nice and friendly, helpful, good learning for those who are fresher.
People need more development projects than support.
I think they only look at communication skills in interview whereas they should look at communication skills, technical skills, behavioural check, etc proper level of evaluation.
There are people playing politics due to which it is having bad impact on company.
Should retain at least good people technically sound and having good skill set instead of telling them to put down paper.
Alot has changed in thirdware from last 2 years.
It has been great working here. Environment is awesome it's like college I have huge group of friends here they will be for life time whether I be here or not.

I basically look into QMS, ISMS, GDPR, ITIL and help organization to maintain compliance.
I have worked three companies, but I never faced such politics in movement , appraisal and promotions.
Their policy very worst and , they won't give any variable pay if u left the company even after completion of one year.
it will give worst experience in learning and growth.
Company policy kills employee growth.
Many of them working without appraisal and movement..
Both manager and HR are sameline. They treat employee like anything.
Very hectic work and no growth, very tough to switch other company
