Good people. Bad policies

Dislikes

Everything is managed from US. And now they have mandated 3 days work from office which doesnt make any sense, since the teams are in US. They dont care about attrition or productivity. Just one blanket of rules to be followed globally. The CWs are happy here than FTEs since they dont have to follow

It depends on which part of the organisation you are working. Overall it's a very good company with good perks, policies, learning culture, work life balance to some extent.

Dislikes

There is one part of the organization where few people from leadership team (Associate Director) and his chamchaz are ruining the culture with their bossism and favoutism. All the good, intelligent and high potential candidates are leaving because of these few unprofessional people
