I don't know what exactly happened with core organisation they stopped thinking about real workers. They stop thinking about ground staff. They stop all entertainment parts like week dinner, yearly pick nik, and clients annual meetings

Yes working hours I work for 9.45 hrs which includes only 45 minutes of break. My management says client requirement. They explain us "as per policy we have to work for 45 hours in a week and we are working 5days so 9 hours per day. You guys have to work for 9 hours per day and 45 minutes break so we are doing 9.45 per day. I guess 9 hours is inclusive of break.

Medical Policies are good. But doesn't matter if work sucks.

No proper project planning. Architectures are just for the name sake. They will do anything that upper management tells without even understanding feasibility. No vision in delivering good product that can benefit end user instead just focus on doing things and eventually developer efforts gets wasted. Management doesn't care. No work life balance. Managers are there for giving false promises.

Work culture is not good no training provided to new joining favouritism going with management very bad types of politics, HR are not supportable if any employee raised any query Work application on very old technique also 12 to 13 years that's why no growth. Overall work environment is very toxic and mental harassment with that touchering is done.
