TIL.LTD is a very big company, our company rules are very good but does rules does not follow the rules,company management is very bad ,and HR department does not see employee problem,which we called blind HR.

The work is very High ,I have work daily 17 hours,manager do not value an individuals 'unique strength,I not received on job training for me,manager also mentally ragging ,manager does not give employee owing leave.company managements are very bad.

It is an extremely biased company. If you belong to that particular community it is a wonderful place or else they will plot a ditch for you. Beware.

Extreme work load. Seniors will relax in their chairs and all the load will be tranferred to the one who works.
