Salary for freshers is good.

Dislikes

There protocalls(policy of FATAL) they want you have to attend 500-600 calls a day need 3 hours minimum talk time in day. Then gave you only 1:30 hours break which is very less. And partiality happens regarding extra CRM excess for few persons. If customer asked for Refund due to Customer support team behavior they will minus in your next month target. And incentives also less

Their general shift timing is 10:00am to 19:00pm but if team didn't achieve their target you will have to sit and complete target till 21:30pm in night.
