Almost everything Boot licker management who have lost their conscience, safety and employee friendly policies in papers but nothing is actually implemented or hiding from employees. Highly partiality in management during increment or appreciation either you work or not or having zero performance only show that you are active. ED asked team members to work 12 hrs or more duty. No leave as per your requirement either you are seriously ill. No insurance claim you can do. I was stucked for the years in same position.
