More population is always harmful everywhere.. more people in each department so competition is at peak for your growth n opportunities.. more people to fix in bell curve so very few people will get good compensation.. else wait for years to grow economically.. lots of policies to understand n to implement.. n useless so many systems which will turn u off n frustrating during work... Top level management never know actual ground level realities n situation .... Mostly biased appraisal procedure.. no value for hardworking people just people are passing the duty time ... It's called over there "DO PUNCH & ONE LUNCH"..
Overall culture n over crowded department for work n top management never know the actual problem at ground level.. hierarchy is very complex.. 2 to 12 years of experienced are in same position i.e. executive..

Higher management don't have spine to takel with employee with number of year experience and not giving performance at all.
HR department in particular! Who thinks they can shout on a junior employee in discouraging language! They refused to provide me with releving and experience letters just because I decided to leave the company in 5 months!
