Very transparent, maintains strict ethical practices. Discourages any unethical practices. However, the issues like career growth, salary etc are never given any focus.

Mainly HR dept and their policies are pathetic Work culture is very worst Mainly pressure will be put on the people who take responsibility and leave aside the people who are actual responsible Salaries and Benefits are not good below Managerial level cadres Boss culture is worst here. Boss will be unskilled but manages to utilise lower cadre achievements as his infront of top management Top management also gives priorities and benefits for those unskilled bosses. So many few of them are as follows 1. HR policy, 2. Caste feeling (baised towards to caste) 3. No proper method of evaluting system for employee performance. 4. Employee promotion or confirmation or salaray hike will be purely based on the relationship bewteen employee and management not on the how much u work or how efficiently you work 5. is upgrade version of Vijai Eectricals only it is not a MNC 6.
